"I joined the gym about a year after my baby was born. I knew I needed a change in my body. I felt weak, not happy with myself and my own workouts didn't seem to be getting me any results. During my onboarding session, I was introduced to Erika. She found diastasis in my abdominal muscles right above my belly button and little to no glute muscle activation. I joined Erika's small group class and I can truly say in 10 weeks it has been life-changing. About week 4 my diastasis had closed! I now feel changes in my body! I am stronger ( I can bench press and deadlift heavyweights!), my body doesn't ache and I am seeing some changes. Erika helped me get back on track and feel like I can truly have a healthy body that works like it was designed to! I plan to continue to see Erika personally after our group class is finished! She is such a great trainer, so knowledgeable and pushes me to be my best! "I met Erika when I went to her seminar for Core and Pelvic Floor training following childbirth. Having spent many years thinking that peeing during exercise, sneezing, coughing and jumping was a forever gift from my 3 children (11, 10 and 4) who were all over 9lb at birth, when Erika said that these symptoms can be eliminated I was amazed and desperate to find out more. I signed up to her 8 week small group (1hr twice a week) training schedule. I was very dubious and skeptical about if the course really would deliver the results I wanted. The first time I sneezed after starting these sessions, I was so shocked that I didn't pee! I was absolutely ecstatic when after 6 weeks I felt confident enough to jump with my daughter for 45 minutes on a trampoline and had no issues at all. I have total confidence today in my pelvic floor and core strength and with Erika's fantastic knowledge, motivation, support and challenge. I have even ventured into areas of the gym that I would never dream of going into. I have been deadlifting and squatting with weights I would never have believed possible! "I started seeing Erika a couple of months after the birth of my twin boys. I had diastasis recti with a four finger gap in my abdominal muscles, she taught me how to do the right exercises to help heal my postpartum body. She gave me simple exercises I could do at home with dumbbells and resistance bands. I added muscle mass, shape to my legs and restored my posture. Erika helped to completely heal my diastasis and I am now cleared to do any exercise I want. I am so glad I found Erika because not only was I able to heal the right way but I gained so much knowledge on what was actually going on with my body following my pregnancy with twins that I would have never known or been able to correct on my own.
