Your Body Is Not Broken.
It’s Asking You to Listen.
A science-based, somatic approach to vocal recovery and optimization for singers, speakers, and performers.
You’ve tried all the recommended techniques.
Voice therapy. Vocal rest. Physical therapy. Laryngeal massage.
But your voice still feels strained, unreliable and disconnected. Maybe you have noticed tension creeping into your throat, strain after back-to-back shows, or a loss of resonance that you cannot quite resolve. Your voice is not just in your throat, it is connected to your posture, core strength, pelvic floor, and even your nervous system. Without addressing the body as a whole, your voice will always be working harder than it needs to.
It is time to feel strong, stable, and at home in your body again.

Vocal Training
I help professional singers and speakers reclaim freedom and ease in their voices through a holistic approach to vocal health.
Our work begins in the body to develop strength, stamina, and alignment so your voice is supported through optimal breath support, posture and airflow. This may include strength training, corrective postural work, voice-specific cardio, or mobility practices designed to free tension and enhance resonance.
From there, we will explore the emotional and somatic layers of expression, uncovering where the voice feels stagnant and opening the pathway to your authentic, embodied sound.
This integrated approach restores the connection between body, voice, and spirit, allowing your vocal presence to be grounded, resilient and expressive.
“Erika’s insight offers a profound shift into our understanding of vocal support.”
“Her understanding of how the whole body produces sound and optimizing function in the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and core is a keystone for how we support vocalists. Erika is a trusted resource for many of Nashville’s biggest voices and her support has been shown to offer artists more power, range ,and resilience in their voices.”
