Come Home to the Power of Your Body
Strength Training
My coaching is not limited to singers and professional voice users. Nearly everyone can benefit from some customized in-depth biomechanics and posture coaching to resolve movement problems and pain points.
I help clients rebuild strength and resilience through specialized, brain-based, whole body movement strategies.
Although I have an extensive background in sports performance training, I love working with beginners and those returning to fitness after injury, pregnancy, or other disruption. My goal is to help you create a safe, supportive path back to strength, mobility, and confidence.
My areas of expertise include:
Posture
Pre and postnatal training
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Core weakness and diastasis recti
Back, hip, and neck pain
Hypermobility
Balance and coordination
Breath mechanics
Chronic tension and mobility limitations
“Working with Erika was life changing for me. The only way I can describe what she does is like Feng Shui for the body.”
“I was initially referred to Erika for diastasis recti, but what I got was so much more. Erika has the uncanny ability to see, down to the smallest detail, how all of the body’s systems work together to create pain or well-being. She is incredibly intuitive about the mind-body-spirit connection as well. Erika not only helped me to reclaim my pre-childbirth body; she helped me reconnect with the parts of myself that I thought were lost during early motherhood. She helped bring to light how my emotional and subconscious patterns were manifesting in my body, so that addressing one corrected the other. I experienced a truly holistic type of healing that you just don't get from a personal trainer or physical therapist. Erika is a unique combination of traditional Western medicine, energy work, and intuition. She is a true healer in every sense of the word."

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes, Men have pelvic floors, diaphragms and vocal cords, so I train people of all genders. Many women find their way to me for help with their voices or postnatal issues, but then they refer their male loved ones to see me for their back pain, mobility, or vocal strain.

This is not the focus of my practice. I am a certified nutrition coach and worked for over a decade with these goals, but my focus now is on biomechanics, resolving mobility challenges and helping frustrated clients rediscover strength they forgot they had. However, I have observed that when nagging back pain disappears, walking gait starts feeling smooth and fluid, and the nervous system regulates, often fat loss and other fitness goals begin to be achieved more easily.
