These policies will aid users determine how Erika Young Coaching fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe. 
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to und the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Tennessee. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 
Fulfillment Policy 
At Erika Young Coaching, we ensure that the products we provide are of the utmost quality. Customer satisfaction is our top priority as we take any complaints about the products that we fulfill very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Refunds 
We may offer returns in the following conditions: 
  • If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract. 
Exceptions 
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if: 
  • You received the service you ordered but did not perform your home program
  • You did not like the exercises you received. 
Taxes
Sales tax has been applied to your order made by or through our Site through the price displayed at checkout. 
Return Policy 
At Erika Young Coaching, we are NOT (with some exceptions) accepting returns at this time. All sales are final. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
Cancellation Policy 
The following are to note: Once a program has been placed on erikayoungcoaching.com, DBA Erika Young Coaching, cancellations are not permitted
Administrative Fee 
The following are to note: 
  • All refunds are subject to 7% administrative fee charges.
How to make a complaint 
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to [email protected] stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
