I know first-hand how frustrating pelvic floor symptoms can be. As a personal trainer, I rushed back to fitness too soon after my pregnancies. At the time, I was unaware that my pelvic floor was still vulnerable and my core was still unstable.

Suddenly, I started collecting injuries: hamstring strains, IT band syndrome and plantar fasciitis. Stress incontinence showed up next: I was leaking during races and had to stop demonstrating jumping jacks during my sessions.

After a lot of frustration and accepting that I was just getting old”, I finally isolated the root issue: My core was not supporting me correctly and my posture had shifted. All those injuries I was collecting were just my body’s attempt at providing me the stability I was lacking.

Restoring my core and pelvic floor function was a total game changer- for me, and now for hundreds of women who call me coach.

As a trainer who now works exclusively with pre and postnatal women, I have seen how helping moms strengthen their postpartum bodies opens up a world of possibilities.

โœ“ Connection, confidence, playfulness.

โœ“ The joy of jumping on a trampoline with your child.

โœ“ Taking a long walk without your back tightening up.

โœ“ Belly laughing with abandon and not having to rush to the bathroom.

In this webinar, I will share education and tools that I use with my clients to help them feel more at home and assured in their amazing, life-giving bodies.

I can’t wait to share tips and strategies that help you feel more connected in your core immediately.
